Eligibility for Returns

• Full Refund: Sealed and undamaged items returned within 15 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, minus Rs. 250 for shipping and handling.

• Partial Refund: Opened powders or liquids may be returned within 15 days for a 50% refund.

• Non-Returnable: Products that are damaged due to misuse, tampering, or returned after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• All returned items must arrive at our return address within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
